Vat. lat. 4982 is a late 16th c. manuscript containing copies of four manuscripts (some of which are lost) found at the time in Beauvais, Limoges, Saint-Victor (Paris), and Reims.
The most famous part (fol. 1-150) are the excerpts from a lost Beauvais copy of Ansegis, Benedictus Levita, and other capitulary material.
Among the materials copied from a Limoges manuscript (fol. 153-197) are excerots from the Collectio Quesnelliana on fol. 185r-196v.
For a detailed analysis, see Mordek, whose description is also found on the Capitularia homepage, added to with transcriptions of the capitulary material.
Note that this codex erroneously is referred to as "Vat. Reg. 4982" by Schröder (see Mordek, p. 881).
