Oxford, Merton College, Wrapper E. 3. 35 no. 2, fol. 2-3 and Oxford, Trinity College, ms A*.8.5 are are three leaves of a twelfth-century copy of Ivo's Decretum in long lines. The two leaves in Merton are Om in Brett's edition, the one at Trinity is Ot; the manuscript behind them is O.
Om covers Decretum 8.56 med. (‘nulla lege, quantum’) to 8.69 med. (‘quem habere’), 8.119 med. (‘legis, saltem ecclesiastice’) - 8.126 med. (‘viatico, si sit qui’); Ot, the flyleaf of pd bk C 16 11 (Sadeelis, Opera theologica) has Decretum 15.37 (beginning mid-rubric, with ‘..rat quomodo’) - 41 med. (‘et in hac ob...’), 63 med. (‘clericorum ita ut’) - 66 med. (‘et frequenter cec...’).
