Columbia, University of Missouri Ellis Library, Special Collections, Fragmenta Manuscripta 23 is a fragment of Ivo's Decretum. It only consists of parts of a single leave (apparently a double-column manuscript of generous proportions); the text is that of book 7, cc. 11-12 (on the recto) and cc. 15-17 plus the inscription of c. 18 (on the verso). On palaeographical grounds, an English origin and a date little, if at all, later than 1150 are plausible.
The fragment is fully described by Somerville (2008), noting the close coincidence of its readings with Paris, BnF, lat. 3874 (= C), and the likelihood that it was taken from a manuscript of generous proportions.
