My dissertation, "The Salzburg Codex: An Episcopal Handbook for Care of Souls and Church Management, c. 900–1025," provides the first full-length treatment of the “Salzburg Codex” (Salzburg, Erzabtei St. Peter, Benediktinerstift, Bibliothek, a.IX.32) since the late nineteenth century. The codex is an edited volume that contains 218 folios of various texts, including canon law collections, penitentials, pamphlets, conciliar decrees, and others. This manuscript has received sporadic scholarship because of its puzzling array of contents and its murky provenance. This study provides clarity on this enigmatic manuscript and places it within its cultural, religious, and political framework as an artifact of the long tenth century. It also evaluates how the canonical knowledge in the Salzburg Codex was likely used and valued.
I have recently completed my dissertation on the Salzburg Codex, and would like to help build out this entry based on my research. Any thoughts or guidance on how to best do this would be welcomed.
Salzburg, Erzabtei St. Peter, Benediktinerstift, Bibliothek, a. IX. 32.

Also known as the Salzburg Codex, the manuscript contains two canon law collections (see [https://www.geschichtsquellen.de/werk/4860 here]) plus various excerpts from different sources including ''Canones Romanorum ad Gallos'', capitularies, and various canonical collections.

The codex's assembly and authorship is mysterious and has been the focus of various scholars, as well as the codex's purpose and use. The Salzburg Codex bears a close resemblance to another manuscript, Cologne 120. The Salzburg Codex was created utilizing a variety of authoritative texts, some from Cologne, and others locally.

Besides the canon law materials, penitentials, and various excerpts from Regino of Prüm, the Salzburg Codex also contains a fuparc runic alphabet.
